Our Background & Philosophy
Our language school was created in 2015 as a center with activities for children of all ages. My passion for teaching, my love for children and the desire to create a safe, engaging and fun place for them established the fundamental keys to start building experiences together. We started first as a center for after school activities, where children from 6 to 10 years old were guided to do their homework, to expand their knowledge through engaging and challenging activities, such as art & crafts, memorization games, sport competitions, role plays and many more. Also the children were able to relax outside, to enjoy the playground, to socialize with other children of their age, to share stories, to build friendships, and of course, to create beautiful memories that last. We expanded these activities for the summer time, when we organized interactive camps, where children could enjoy the time spent outside the classroom, making new friends and improving their English language skills.
What was unique for us was the fact that all the activities were in English for the whole time, during the school year and our summer activities, which was a great advantage for everyone.
In time, we expanded our activities and we grew, one year after another. We included different courses for learners of different ages, from kindergarten till adults, according to each one’s needs. We had courses in English, French and German. During the pandemic time, we had to comply with the new regulations, so our activities were more online.
Now, we are reopening the activities in our center, with a lot of new courses, different learning techniques and a new refreshing vibe.
As the name says “Little Butterflies” is a concept we believe in; it is more like a philosophy of life that defines our vision. We believe that each child is unique, special and each one of them can spread their “wings” and “fly” as high as they want to if they are well motivated and guided in the right direction in this amazing adventure called “life”.

"Little Butterflies” recognizes each child as an individual and provides nurturing care and engaging learning experiences that promote language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development for children of all ages. Our programs focus on developing mentally appropriate activities that help children mature into well-rounded members of society.
We believe that children are competent, curious, and capable of problem solving. Our curriculum is student centered and teacher directed where both get an opportunity to experience an enriching collaboration.
Our classroom materials promote student participation at all times through active, stimulating teaching methods that encourage learners to speak and to get involved in the learning process.
We believe play is integral to children’s learning and is essential to the quality of life in childhood. We aim to provide a warm and friendly environment where everybody can learn and grow according to their own rhythm. Our mission is to provide an exceptional experience every day.
